Corinne Botz: Tiny bloodly doll woman.

During class last week we had the chance to go see a discussion led by artist Corinne Botz about her works and her newest book. While I'm not the photography type, I did find her work interesting, especially the series she had of tiny little blood stained crime scene dolls. There was something just so fascinating about the tiny things. The woman did have an annoyingly soft voice though, causing me to not pay attention to half of the things she was saying. She seemed to not really answer the questions presented to her, but rather mumble a vaguely related response.

The muffins were good, though.

What I Dream

From Homework

For this project, we needed to create a self portrait about who we are and where we are from, using the drawing tools in photoshop. I drew myself napping (Like I so often am), dreaming about general little doodles and my closest friends, whom I think of often now that I am at college. The background is an old map of Bensalem, PA, my hometown.
